Silvassa is the administrative capital of the Union Territory of Dadra and Nager Haveli, India. The city at its erstwhile stage was a small wooded region where exist about 72 small villages. The city’s journey towards growth started in 1885 when the Portuguese administration in India decided to move the their administrative seat to Nagar Haveli.
